Where do I subscribe?

In the Halmist app through the App Store or Google Play. Your store handles payment and renewal.

How do I sign in?

Enter your email. We send a six-digit code that is valid for 10 minutes. No password is needed.

Which locations can I choose?

Germany, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and Singapore are available.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play and cancel Halmist there. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

Can I use another device?

Install Halmist and sign in with the same email address. You can check your subscription in your account.

What data does Halmist use?

We use your email for sign-in and your subscription status for access. The Privacy Policy explains the data categories, purposes and retention periods.

How do I delete my account?

Open Delete account, confirm your email with a code and confirm deletion. Cancel your store subscription separately.

Check your spam folder and the email address you entered. You can request another code after 60 seconds.
